At Total Wellbeing Luton, our talking therapies service offers a range of treatment options and formats, including face-to-face, video, online and telephone sessions to support you in managing your emotional wellbeing.

What programs do we offer?
We have variety of tailored group programs available, including courses if you are living with persistent pain, type-2 diabetes, IBS, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cardiovascular disease.
We also offer 1-1 support and online self-help programs which are accessible on demand.

After completing a referral you will be offered an assessment with a qualified therapist.
Based on your current challenges, we will recommend a treatment program designed to help you manage your emotional wellbeing more effectively
All of our long-term health condition programs are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
