Stop Smoking

Accepting you need support is a daunting task and we are here to support and guide you to where you want to be in your life.

I want to quit smoking

With our help and advice, you are three times more likely to quit for good!

Overview of Our Stop Smoking Programme

Our supportive 12-week programme combines behavioural support and up to 4-6 weeks of treatment using stop smoking aids. Our highly qualified Stop Smoking Specialists will work with you to provide customised medication options, motivation, and goal-setting guidance to ensure a smooth transition during the early stages of your quit journey.

Support and Treatment Options Available

Throughout the programme, you will have the opportunity to discuss your quit attempt, various Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) options, prescriptive medication and e-cigarette options. We will find what works best for you!

Where do appointments take place?

Our face-to-face appointments are conveniently accessible at multiple locations across Luton, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm, including an evening clinic open until 8pm (with adjusted hours on Saturdays), as well as GP surgeries and community settings.

The Referral Process

You can self-refer or make a referral through most healthcare professionals, such as general practitioners, or other Total Wellbeing services.

Please note: 12 - 18 year olds can only be supported with a parent or a guardian (consent) and can only use NRT products as treatment.
