Access funded support to get involved in community activities

Our Social Prescription service is designed to help people take control back of their lives and put people in touch with local services that can help them in a wide variety of ways.

You can receive up to 12 weeks of funded access to different activities in your community, for example physical activity, social/support groups, creative groups, and advice from specialist services.

You really cared about my situation and you gave me the time to talk, which was so important to me at that time. You were able to offer lots of suggestions to support my mental health and anxiety.
