How Talking Therapies works

Our Talking Therapies service at Total Wellbeing Luton is a free and confidential NHS treatment designed to help with common mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, and depression for anyone aged 16 years and over, registered with a Luton GP.

All referrals into our service will be looked at within 24 hours and the client will be contacted. If we think the referral is appropriate, we will book the client in for an assessment. However, if we feel a different service would be more suitable for their needs, we will contact them to discuss this and help them with the next steps. For further information please visit NHS Talking Therapies.
